Overview
With over 6 million users but plateauing engagement, I led the design of three retention-focused features (with more to ship soon) to reconnect them with their real-world impact and rebuild purchase momentum.
CHALLENGE
Translating heavy 3D spatial calculations into an intuitive, zero-latency browser layout.
Architectural software traditionally requires steep learning curves and heavy hardware. The primary friction was presenting high-dimensional spatial renders directly in a web dashboard without overwhelming architects or stalling browser frame rates.

APPROACH
Modular viewport isolation and progressive canvas rendering.
Focused on decoupling complex control panels from the main 3D viewport. Built lightweight floating controls alongside real-time preview toggles, allowing users to manipulate AI spatial parameters seamlessly without blocking the primary view.
